- Do I need to know Ironsworn or any tabletop rules?
- No — and you don't need to have played solo before either. The oracle and Storyteller handle the mechanics: when the story asks a question, we suggest specific things to ask and offer a few readings of the answer so you're never staring at a blank page. If you do know solo RPGs like Ironsworn or Mythic GME, you'll feel right at home, because that tradition is what Soliloquest is built on.
- Is there a subscription?

- What's an “oracle,” and why does it matter?
- An oracle is a set of dice-driven tables that answer open questions in the story — the same tool solo tabletop players have used for years. It means the twists come from transparent, auditable randomness instead of the AI deciding on a whim. The dice tell the truth, even when the story doesn't want them to.
- What do I actually get to keep?
- A prose journal of your campaign — readable like a book and yours to continue anytime. Download it as a real EPUB ebook, with a cover and your illustrations, that opens in Apple Books, Kobo, or calibre — or as plain Markdown. Both are free. Not a chat transcript.
- How is this different from AI Dungeon or Friends & Fables?
