Prepaid credits
Mythmaker sells prepaid credits that are consumed as you play. Because credits unlock a digital service that is delivered immediately as you use it, consumed credits are non-refundable.
Unused credits
If you have a problem with a purchase, contact us within 14 days at support@mythmakerpg.com. We will consider refunds for unused credits on a case-by-case basis, and will honor any non-waivable refund rights you have under applicable law.
Billing errors
If you were charged in error or see an unauthorized charge, contact us promptly and we will investigate and correct genuine errors.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via our payment processor. The corresponding credits are removed from your balance.
